About Two Guys

Patrick began his coffee journey by traveling the world, immersing himself in different coffee cultures and learning everything he could along the way. His passion and dedication eventually led him to open his first café, egg — a reflection of his global experiences and commitment to quality.
Oisín, on the other hand, started out ten years ago working part-time at Costa, clearing tables. Over time, his curiosity and drive brought him behind the coffee machine, where he honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for the craft of coffee making.
